When Steve Moakler, our first-ever Café con Siete performer sat on our couch, and started with, “Siete, are you ready? Such a good time, I can feel the confetti,” his charm lit up the room. It was as though he was speaking to us from the comforts of his own living room.

The humble tortilla. Even before we started making our own grain free tortillas, as a Mexican-American familia, we had so much love for this simple staple. But, when we adopted a grain free diet, tacos and fajitas just didn’t taste the same on a lettuce leaf! In its absence from our diet, the ‘humble’ tortilla turned into the essential tortilla that we didn’t want to live without.
